Arrival Time: is after 3.00pm, but please advise us of your estimated arrival time. Call the farmhouse to collect the key for your cottage. Departure Time: is until 11.00am. All prices include: electricity, heating oil, linen, duvets, pillows, blankets, bath towels and tea towels. Damage: any damage to
Strawberry Hall Cottages property must be reported. Accidental damage or
breakage of a minor nature will not normally be charged for, but the occupier
will be liable for any damage valued over £10.00. Laundry Facility: the use of the laundry facility will be charged at £3.00 per wash / per machine. Cottage Occupancy: the number of people occupying the cottage must not exceed those booked. Smoking: there is a strict "no smoking" policy in all the cottages. Pets: sorry no pets allowed in the cottages. Liability: the proprietors accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage sustained by any resident, their family, visitors, vehicles or personal effects, howsoever caused. In the Event: of a cottage becoming uninhabitable for the following reason, fire, flood, electricity or water supply interruption, boiler failure or acts of God, Strawberry Hall Cottages will endeavour to offer suitable alternative accommodation, or if no such accommodation is available a pro-rata refund. Strawberry Hall Cottages cannot be held liable for compensation due to loss of enjoyment in the event of a letting being affected by any of the above occurrences. Cancellation: We reserve the right to obtain full cost of the holiday booked in the event of cancellation. We will endeavour to re-let and if successful, we shall refund all funds received except for £25.00 administration costs, per cottage, per week. We strongly recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance policy to cover this. You may obtain this through your own Insurance Broker Company. All statement and information is given in good faith, being true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief, but the proprietors accept no liability in the event of any statement or information being untrue or incorrect. The proprietor reserves the right
to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised persons off the premises.
